Overall a very nice stay for 2 nights. Clean accommodation, superbly friendly staff. The rooms with aome free drinks and GOOD amenities, as example. Good and strategic location to a luxury mall.

Location just off the decent food court around the property, Sudirman, and the Fraser Residence in other countries. Delicious breakfasts with delicious food.

The room was particularly good with a bathroom and a kitchen, for instance and the breakfast was healthy! The location was marvellous near all major business district. And we were right by Jakarta, Indonesia, Kuningan, and the decent food court around the property.

The staff was impolite.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near a subway station, convenience store, and train stations. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to please us. The air conditioning was excellent and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The gym and pool area were fantastic, and having a washer in the room was very convenient. The soundproofing in the bedroom was great, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast had a good variety of both Western and Eastern choices, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided daily by housekeeping.

Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The wireless Internet signal wasn't good enough every were in the apartment .. And I had only one code only means only one user.. No room service.. At the check in they hold the required payment plus 50% even though they have no room service or any kined of extra stuff they could charge me for.. that is just few things but in general I would go there again defenitly..

We were impressed with the stunning views from our spacious and modern three bed apartment at Fraser Residence. The luxury and comfort exceeded our expectations. The customer service provided by the concierge made navigating the city easy and enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the residences is magnificent. I consider a good option for future trips and even if I got transfered. The staff is very helpful and the serviced apartments are just magnificent.

Since it is a place where a lot of foreigners go, all credit cards must be accepted. In my case, they do not take Diners, and only this little detail might keep me from repeating since it is a great place.
